Ticket Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request a one-time transfer to a future event as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Transfers are not guaranteed for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Age & Eligibility Requirements
Each event lists a specific age range and gender balance goal. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet that event’s age requirements and are joining the category selected (e.g., Men/Women). If you register for an age group you do not qualify for, your spot may be forfeited without refund.

Code of Conduct
We expect all guests to treat one another with respect, honesty, and appropriate behavior. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, intoxication, or unwanted physical contact will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code. No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.

Match Results
Match results are delivered privately via email within 24 hours of the event. We never share your contact information unless you and another guest have mutually chosen each other. By attending, you agree not to misuse or share another participant’s contact information outside a positive, consensual context.

Privacy & Data
All information provided through registration and match selections is kept confidential and used only for event administration. We do not sell or share personal data with outside third parties.

Venue & Alcohol Responsibility
Some events may take place at establishments that serve alcohol. Please drink responsibly. We are not liable for actions taken by guests before, during, or after the event, including transportation decisions.

Cancellations by Event Organizer
If an event is canceled by us for any reason (including low attendance, venue issues, weather, or emergencies), all guests will receive a free transfer to another future event. Refunds may be issued at the organizer’s discretion.

Liability Waiver
By participating in any event, you agree that you are voluntarily attending and assume responsibility for personal interactions and outcomes. The event organizer is not liable for damages, emotional distress, injury, or outcomes resulting from interactions with other participants before, during, or after the event.
